I was born in Puerto Rico and grew up in a military family. I moved to Ohio to study dance at Wright State University. Then, I was off to “The Big Apple” to perform in several Broadway shows. Through dance, I developed a passion for functional movement. When I was introduced to Pilates, it was a match made in Heaven! My love of structured movement has become a lifestyle, and I’m excited to share it with you to connect your mind and body. I enjoy challenging clients to get results while keeping them safe.
