One-on-one sessions provide a completely personalized Pilates experience. Our expertly trained instructors will customize a 30 or 60–minute session focused on your specific issues and goals. You will benefit from working out on our Balanced Body Pilates equipment, including Pilates reformers, combo chairs, and a spring board.
Here's the value you've been looking for! Group classes have a maximum of six participants who get to utilize the Pilates reformer, the Pilates combo chair, baby arc barrels and more to deliver a fun and highly effective workout focusing on the Pilates principles of breath, concentration, center, control, precision, and flow. You’ll enjoy using the best of the best Pilates equipment by Balanced Body. Classes are progressive in nature with each student being mentored according to individual needs and abilities, working to achieve optimal and balanced strength with flexibility.
If you're brand new to Pilates or are coming back to it after some time away, this is where you want to start! Starting with a solid foundation builds a house that lasts. Our foundation classes are intended to do just that-provide an environment for new clients to experience the fun of our small group atmosphere while still getting the extra attention and slower pace needed to learn how to do Pilates effectively and safely. Most Pilates equipment studios insist that you spend hundreds of dollars on private sessions before you can join a group class. We think that’s an unnecessary barrier to entry that keeps people from experiencing all the benefits of this method. Our foundation classes are cost effective and they work. Most of our clients are able to join our regular Pilates equipment classes after a month of 4 foundation classes. Others choose to stay in foundation classes longer. It's a highly customized system that puts the client’s needs first.
We are excited to now offer this virtual group class option! Gather a group of coworkers and make a collective commitment to set aside an hour for your wellbeing in the workday. The goal for Reset with Jess is to give you a much-needed opportunity to focus on being in your body, breathing deeply, and recharging mentally. The format is flexible, but typically we start with stretching, move into Pilates, then a yoga flow, and conclude with a few moments of meditation.
